By accessing zerobasecamp.com or subscribing to the newsletter, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the site or subscribe. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and ZBB Consulting Limited (company number 10695950, registered at Acre House, 11/15 William Road, London NW1 3ER, United Kingdom), operator of ZeroBaseCamp.

ZeroBaseCamp is an editorial publication providing weekly commentary on Zero-Based Budgeting and Zero-Based Transformation. Content is published in good faith and reflects the author's professional opinion at time of publication. The site does not provide investment, legal, or financial advice. Nothing on the site or in the newsletter should be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice from a qualified advisor licensed in your jurisdiction.

The newsletter is free to subscribe to. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by writing to hello@zerobasecamp.com. We make no commitment to any specific publication frequency, content, or duration of the newsletter, and reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or pause the publication at any time without notice.

You may share short quotations (under 200 words) with attribution and a link back to the original. You may NOT republish full posts, build derivative works for commercial use, or use ZeroBaseCamp content to train AI models without prior written permission.

Third-party content (book covers, quotes from cited sources, linked articles) remains the property of its respective rights holders and is used under fair-use principles for commentary and criticism.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZBB Consulting Limited and ZeroBaseCamp from any claim, demand, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Consumers resident in the European Economic Area retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of their member state of residence under applicable EU consumer protection law, and consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will trigger a new version number, and where required, we will notify subscribers by email. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. The current version and effective date are shown at the top of this page.
